Reveille was contracted by NRDC to assist in the development of an economic development plan. The goal of the plan was to provide NRDC staff with a better understanding of the economic viability of their unique service area and to get a better understanding of their constituents.

During this process, Reveille interacted with several local residents and business owners, listening and surveying them on their ideas to best promote the neighborhood in which they live. The project was completed in the early fall of 2001 and assisted the staff in their endeavors to revitalize the Galena Street area.
