Reveille, along with international firm Hatch, Mott, MacDonald, assisted Parma Heights examine methods to improve the livelihood and safety of its main corridor, Pearl Road US-42 corridor, a five-lane urban arterial extending 2.6 miles across the city limits. This multimodal transportation study, funded through the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency’s Transportation for Livable Communities Initiative (TLCI), developed feasible options for reimagining the three primary segments of the Pearl Road corridor, with an emphasis on green infrastructure and streetscape enhancements that activate the street and encourage reinvestment in vacant and underutilized parcels.
