Reveille, along with MSG, assisted Waterville in developing the Comprehensive Plan Update. The project evaluated community demographics & trends; community services/ facilities; economic development & market analyses; housing; land use and design; transportation & mobility; and implementation strategies. A diversified stakeholder committee made up of various disciplines from the City, as well as representation from the adjacent township and local school district were involved in providing local input and guidance on the update of the plan which provided great cohesion on acceptance of the plan. The general public was also involved in development of the plan with an on line community survey, public forums and charrettes, a public meeting with an instant feedback survey of the audience, and a general public meeting to present findings and recommendations.
